HI THERE,
I'M CLAIRE

Physiotherapist, Clinical Pilates Instructor and Coach from Western Australia!
i'm so happy you're here.

what really gets me up in the morning
My physiotherapy journey started with my graduation from University of Sydney in 2005, where I was working in Emergency Care at St. George Hospital. In 2011, I moved to Western Australia where I realised a passion for supporting my local community in reaching and sustainably maintaining their peak fitness potential. So, I began my own practice: Physiological Training Physiotherapy.
At my clinic, we teach people how to create long-term solutions to their pain. My number one goal is empowering my clients to enjoy life to the fullest. To me, that's what fitness really is: vitality and longevity—not a body type.
Qualifications: Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) | Certificate IV Work Health and Safety | DMA Qualified Clinical Pilates Instructor | Hinsta Performance Certified Coach
accessible, educational fitness
In my never-ending learning about what our bodies need to reach optimal health, I've observed that many of us aren't receiving the support needed. Even though back pain is the leading cause of disability worldwide, our healthcare systems seem to prioritise "symptom management" over investing in solutions to the root problems. That doesn't work for me.
The three online programs I've built are intended to be a response to this imbalance. With knowledge and guidance, you are capable of creating sustainable, healthier habits that empower your fullest life: pain-free, joyful, free.

Posture Perfect
Learn targeted stretching and strengthening exercises that correct upper back, neck, shoulder and hip pain at the source: your posture.
Back in Action
Learn simple exercises that help you build postural strength and core control to remedy chronic back pain or sustainably support healing from a back injury.
Core Focus Pilates
Learn how to effectively activate and engage your core during every day activities, preventing injury, muscle fatigue and postural misalignment from holding you back.
